Welcome To

CHESTNUT HILL

A Beautiful Place to Live

Chestnut Hill Association share our community with some wonderful wildlife. Our pond is home to some catfish, a couple of ducks and even an infamous crane that graces us with its presence from time to time. Often you will also see the many geese enjoying our green living space as well as a few rabbits hopping about.

The community is filled with beautiful trees and bushes that do well in the Illinois climate all year round. During the spring and summer months they provide shade from the sun as well as aid the wind with light breezes during summer nights. While the flowers and plants that bloom during the spring months are a great addition to the community, it is the autumn colors that our trees and shrubs produce in the fall that will leave you in awe.

During our spring and fall months when the rain is falling upon our community the sound of the white noise it emits when hitting the pond is one of the most relaxing feelings you will ever experience. The pitter patter of the raindrops on your windows gives off a sense of comfort and serenity. You can bask in its sound, sit and watch it drizzle over the beautifully manicured lawns or just be free and dance in the rain to the beat of your own drum.

“Wherever you go no matter the weather, always bring your own sunshine.”

Chestnut Hill Association, Inc. is a beautiful townhouse and condominium community located in Flossmoor, Illinois south of 194th St. and west of Kedzie Ave. surrounding a wonderful pond nestled in the center of the subdivision.

Chestnut Hill Association Inc., was built in the 1970’s and incorporated in 1975. The first meeting of the initial board of directors was held November 6, 1975.
