CLUBHOUSE

CLUBHOUSE RENTAL INFORMATION

In addition to hosting board meetings, the clubhouse also serves as a place for our members to hold gatherings of their own.

The clubhouse is open for rentals all year round and is available to rent to Homeowners of Chestnut Hill Association only.  You must be current on assessments and be in good standing.

Reservations are on a first come first serve basis. You may book your reservations here; however, a signed agreement and deposit must be remitted to hold your desired date. 

Clubhouse Rental request forms can be downloaded from the documents page (Only current rental forms will be accepted).  There is a deposit required for all clubhouse rentals. In addition, homeowners must have  current year Homeowner Information Form on file with the Association.

Rules Regulations Guidelines

Please be sure to follow rules, regulations and guidelines for the Clubhouse, they may be found in the rental agreement. 

Clubhouse capacity holds 60 people and must be vacated by 12:00 midnight on the day of rental.

There is absolutely no parking on Woodhollow aside for the three designated parking spacing in front of the Clubhouse (Additional parking along 194th St & 195th only). Violators will be towed.

Clubhouse Amenities

The clubhouse is supplied with:
A fully functioning Kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator,  microwave and dishwasher

4 wooden high-top square tables w/8 high-top wooden chairs per table
2 6ft. rectangle table

Fire place w/seating area (four chairs & cocktail table)

3 Couches, 3 Chairs, 4 side tables in entertainment area.

Patio area has seating, view of pond and a beautiful fountain. 

Cleaning goods are provided for your use as well as brooms and mops for the floors.  Garbage bags for the cans are available.

Garbage must be removed to your home at the end of the rental (If garbage is left behind or clubhouse is not cleaned at end of event a fee will be assessed).

After booking online, please download, review, print and complete rental agreement located on the documents page before contacting  Clubhouse Manager Geri Kaigler at (312) 259-4554  Please make sure that your phone number is correct so the rental manager may contact you to walk through Clubhouse, sign contract and collect deposit. Clubhouse Manager will return calls regarding rentals/inquiries within two business days  to arrange for key delivery 24 hours before your event and key must be returned the day following the event.

** Please clean up after your event, and remove trash from building. If you dispose of garbage in outdoor cans, it is your responsibility to pull cans on the next garbage collection day following your event.
