Community Update: Street and building Maintenance

Our shared neighborhood continues to make steady improvements across the property. To keep everyone informed and to support good neighbor relations, please review the following updates.

Condo One – Siding Installation

Beginning Monday, September 29, 2025, Condo One will start Phase 1 of an aluminum siding project.

Work will begin on the front side of the building and will focus on covering only the wood portions of the exterior.

Residents and visitors should expect to see contractors, ladders, and equipment in the area during normal work hours.

Some construction noise is expected. Please use extra caution when walking or driving near the building and follow any temporary access instructions provided by the crew.

This project is part of Condo One’s ongoing building maintenance plan for this year and next.

Other Associations

Our community is made up of five associations: three condominium associations (Condo One, Condo Two, and Condo Three) as well as the townhouse quadrants, all under a Master Association.

The siding project is specific to Condo One and will not affect parking or access to the community.

All residents are encouraged to remain mindful of the work zone when visiting neighbors or walking pets near Condo One.

Street Repairs

Street resurfacing and related repairs are currently underway throughout the neighborhood.

Crews have been working since Thursday, September 18, on Tanglewood and part of Chestnut. The second phase is currently in effect for the remainder of Chestnut and part of Woodhollow. Additional touch-ups may follow.

Temporary parking is available on 194th and 195th Streets when street work is in progress. Please observe notices to avoid towing.

Townhouses Had Recent Roof Work

Earlier this month, the townhouse quadrants completed roof maintenance and repairs to protect buildings from weather damage and improve overall curb appeal. This project is now finished.

Sharing Concerns and Questions

If you have questions or concerns regarding community grounds maintained by the Master Association, please share them with your own association president so they can notify the Master Board president.

You may also send an email directly to the Master Board.

The Master Board requests that any concerns or issues be brought to and discussed at board meetings so they can be formally addressed.

Working Together as Good Neighbors

Regular maintenance keeps property values strong and helps every association avoid costly emergencies. Thank you to all residents for your patience with the occasional noise, equipment, and parking changes. A little extra care and courtesy while these projects are underway will benefit the entire community.

If you have questions about a specific project, please contact your respective association board president.
